Screw threads with BIS conventions, Types of nuts and washers, Foundation bolts and Locking arrangements, Types of Keys, Cotters, Rivets, Riveted joints

Allied trade - Fitting Hand tools and equipments measuring instruments and guages Welding -methods,Types of welding , tools and equipments,  Machine shop-various machines, tools and equipments, various process Sheet metal-Tools and equipments, Different joints IC engines, pumps, turbines

Module-4

Basic computer languages excel,word, Auto CAD , solid worksPipe joints, fittings, valves, press, accumulator safety valves in boilers. Pulleys, belts, ropes, numbering of drawings and standard parts. Familiarization with SP. 46-2003

NOTE: - It may be noted that apart from the topics detailed above, questions from other topics prescribed for the educational qualification of the post may also appear in the question paper. There is no undertaking that all the topics above may be covered in the question paper.
